مدير عام شركة المشاريع النفطية يدشن محطة توليد كهرباء غازية في مستودع الفاو
دشّن مدير عام شركة المشاريع النفطية المهندس علي وارد حمود، مشروع محطة توليد الطاقة الكهربائية الغازية في مستودع الفاو النفطي، وذلك استناداً إلى توجيهات نائب رئيس الوزراء لشؤون الطاقة وزير النفط المهندس حيان عبد الغني السواد، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز قدرات التصدير ودعم استقرار منظومة الطاقة في المنطقة الجنوبية.
وتُعد المحطة من المشاريع الحيوية داخل مستودع الفاو لما تمثله من ركيزة أساسية لتأمين تغذية كهربائية مستقرة للمرافق التشغيلية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على كفاءة عمليات الخزن والتصدير في أحد أهم المنافذ النفطية في البلاد.
ويهدف المشروع إلى توفير طاقة كهربائية بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ 150 ميجاواط، من خلال نصب ثلاث وحدات توليد بطاقة 50 ميجاواط لكل وحدة على وفق الظروف القياسية الدولية (ISO)، بما يعزز جاهزية المنظومات التشغيلية ويضمن استدامة الإمدادات الكهربائية.
وأكد حمود أن المشروع يمثل إضافة نوعية لمنظومة الطاقة في الموقع، ويجسد قدرة الشركة على تنفيذ مشاريع ستراتيجية وفقاً لأعلى المواصفات الفنية المعتمدة، مشيراً إلى أن الإنجاز تحقق بفضل تكامل الأدوار بين تشكيلات الشركة وملاكاتها الهندسية والفنية.
وأوضح أن التحديات الفنية المرتبطة بطبيعة تربة الفاو وهبوط الأسس جرى التعامل معها عبر حلول هندسية متكاملة أعدتها هيئة التصاميم في الشركة، بالتنسيق مع ملاكات قسمي الهندسة المدنية والميكانيكية، وشملت دراسات تحليلية دقيقة للإجهادات وإعادة تصاميم واستخدام تقنيات متقدمة مكّنت من تجاوز المعوقات ومواصلة التنفيذ على وفق البرنامج المخطط.
وبيّن مدير عام الشركة، أن هيئة مشاريع الجنوب تولت الإشراف المباشر على مراحل التنفيذ داخل الموقع، وتنسيق الجهود بين الفرق الهندسية والفنية، بما أسهم في تسريع وتيرة الإنجاز وضمان انسيابية العمل على وفق متطلبات السلامة والجودة، في حين اضطلعت هيئة إدارة المشاريع بمهام التخطيط والمتابعة الميدانية ومعالجة التحديات الإدارية لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية المحددة.
ونُفذ المشروع بتصميم وتجهيز من قبل شركة Siemens، وبأعمال التنفيذ من قبل شركة الرافدين للخدمات البترولية (روسكو)، وبإشراف مباشر من شركة المشاريع النفطية، في إطار التزام الشركة بتعزيز البنى التحتية لقطاع الطاقة ودعم استدامة الإمدادات للمواقع الحيوية، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء التشغيلي وتقليل الاعتماد على مصادر الطاقة الخارجية، انسجاماً مع خطط وزارة النفط لتطوير منظومة الطاقة الوطنية.
وحضر مراسم الافتتاح عدد من مسؤولي وممثلي الجهات المعنية، من بينهم مدير هيئة مشاريع الجنوب المهندس حكيم قدوري، ومدير المشروع المهندسة أنسام حسين علي، وممثلون عن هيئة التصاميم: الدكتور المهندس هشام عطا الله محمد والمهندس حسين عبد الرضا عبد الأمير، فضلاً عن مدير دائرة المهندس المقيم المهندس مضر محمد رضا الشرع، وممثلين عن الشركات المنفذة والمجهزة، إلى جانب ممثلين عن هيئة مشاريع الوسط التابعة للشركة، ووفد من شركة نفط البصرة ضم المهندس فلاح حسن بدن مدير المشاريع الكبرى، والمهندس ناصر يعقوب يوسف مدير تشغيل المستودع، والمهندس مصطفى يوسف يعقوب رئيس الفريق الهندسي.

The General Manager of Oil Projects Company opens a gas electricity generation plant in Al-Fao warehouse
The General Manager of Oil Projects Company, Engineer Ali Ward Hamoud, inaugurated the project of the gas power generation plant at the Fao Oil Depot, based on the directions of the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Minister of Petroleum Eng. Hayyan Abdul Ghani Al-Sawad, in a step aimed at strengthening export capabilities and supporting the stability of the energy system in the southern region.
The station is one of the vital projects inside the Fau depot for what is an essential pillar of securing stable power supply to the operating facilities, which reflects positively on the efficiency of storage and export operations in one of the most important oil outlets in the country.
The project aims to provide electricity with a total capacity of 150 MW, by installing three 50 MW per unit in accordance with International Standard Conditions (ISO), strengthening the readiness of operational systems and ensuring sustainability of power supply.
Hamoud asserted that the project represents a quality addition to the on-site power system, and embodies the company’s ability to execute strategic projects in accordance with the highest approved technical specifications, indicating that the achievement is achieved thanks to the integration of roles between the company’s formations and its engineering and technical owners.
It is clear that the technical challenges associated with the nature of Fau soil and foundation laying were being addressed through integrated engineering solutions prepared by the company’s Design Board, in coordination with the angels of the Civil and Mechanical Engineering departments, included thorough analytical studies of stresses, redesigns and the use of advanced techniques that enabled the overcoming of obstacles and continue implementation as planned.
According to the company's general manager, the South Projects Authority has taken over direct supervision of on-site implementation stages, coordinating efforts between the engineering and technical teams, contributing to accelerate the pace of completion and ensure the work flow of work according to safety and quality requirements, while the Project Management Authority has taken on the tasks of planning, field monitoring and addressing administrative challenges to ensure Adhere to the timetables.
The project is designed and prepared by Siemens Company, executed by Rafdin Petroleum Services Company (Rosco), and under direct supervision of the Oil Projects Company, within the framework of the company's commitment to strengthening the energy sector infrastructure and supporting the sustainability of supply to vital sites, which contributes to improving operational performance and reducing reliance on external power sources. In accordance with the plans of the Ministry of Oil to develop the national energy system.
The opening ceremony was attended by a number of officials and representatives of the stakeholders, including the director of the South Projects Board, Engineer Hakim Qaduri, project manager Eng. Ansam Hussein Ali, and representatives from the design board: Dr. Hisham Atta Allah Mohamed and Engineer Hussein Abdel Reza Abdul Amir, as well as the director of the department, Resident Engineer Eng. Mazdar Mohamed Reza. Al-Shara, and representatives from the implemented and equipped companies, along with representatives from the Middle Projects Board of the company, and a delegation from Basra Oil Company included Engineer Falah Hassan Baden, Director of Large Projects, Engineer Nasser Yaqoub Youssef, Director of Warehouse Operations, and Engineer Mustafa Youssef Yaqoub, Head of the Engineering Team.
