Consultant Role:
Design for the Architectural, Interior, Landscape, Structural, Electrical, HVAC & Sanitary work along with hard & soft landscape. Preparation of contract & tender documents in addition to the supervision of the ex*****on of the project on site.
Project Summary:
This project has been designed to be a suitably located and an equipped outlet to serve as a permanent exhibition for the rural cooperatives to market their products and to enable other economic players (associations or individuals) to reach their consumer groups. Furthermore, it can act as a catalyst for various economic activities.
The architectural identity of the building embodies the essence of Jordan's rural architecture within a contemporary framework, employing elements such as massing, openings, and locally sourced materials. Spanning approximately 7,000 SQM, the project encompasses a building area of 6,650 SQM. This space includes a spacious exhibition hall spanning 1,200 SQM, a training center covering 500 SQM, a 700 square-meter restaurant, and an outdoor plaza of 2,000.00 square meters designated for temporary exhibitions, fostering community interaction, and showcasing local products.
