These are full-time roles at Basheq Construction in Amman - Jordan, and potential applicants should have the following general qualifications:

· Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.

· (2 -5) years "Contractor" experience is required; preferably in Fit Out projects.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Mandatory Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

· Experience in other related software and tools are considered an advantage

Job description: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Project Quantity Take-off, Project Payment Preparation, Subcontract payment Management, and Assist in both Procurement and Estimation activities.

This role requires the candidate to be present in the Main Office, with routine visits to project sites.

Qualifications
• Experience in creating, managing, and Interpreting BOQs.
• Experience Project payment preparation and Change management.
• Experience in Subcontractor & vendor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of quantity surveying practices, principles, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Proficiency in known software like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Project and Primavera P6
• Highly Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Prefer candidate with good experience of using estimation tools such as Candy or any other estimation /QS tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Job description: Office Engineer - Interiors Architect

Role Description
This is a full-time role at Basheq Offices in Amman. The Office Engineer will be part of the team that is mainly responsible for preparing technical shop drawings and other technical submittals, including coordinating with Electro-Mechanical works.

Qualifications
• Experience in preparing shop drawings (Preferably in Fit out Projects)
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design
• Contractor experience is required; preferably in Fit Out and Architectural Finishes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other 3D visualization software.
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup and Other BIM & Visualization tools is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
