On July 17, we celebrated the opening of our new Tsukuba Factory.

More than a manufacturing facility, the new factory was designed as a place where people, technologies, and ideas come together. It will strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, support our global activities, and provide a space for open innovation and collaboration between medicine and engineering.

This project was made possible through the dedication and expertise of specialists from many fields, together with the hard work of the CROWNJUN team.

We look forward to seeing what grows from this space and to welcoming many visitors in the years to come!

On July 30, we were delighted to welcome Dr. Shingo Moriyama, Associate Chief of Urology at Ageo Central General Hospital, to our Tsukuba Factory.
Dr. Moriyama has used ORIHIME（PTFE mesh）in more than 800 procedures and values its reliable performance and stable domestic supply. During his visit, he toured the ORIHIME manufacturing process, learned about our quality control system, and tried microsurgical suturing using our newly installed Mitaka microscope.
Seeing the process firsthand gave him an even deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each product and further strengthened his confidence in CROWNJUN. We were also very happy to hear his enthusiasm for future medical-engineering collaboration.

Thank you for joining us at the 2nd Shenzhen International Lymphedema Workshop! 🇨🇳

It was a pleasure meeting everyone who stopped by our booth and exchanging insights on microsurgical solutions.

Our sincere thanks go to Workshop Chairman Dr. Zhou Zhegang for his leadership and support in making this event possible. A special thank you to Dr. Valerie Ho for highlighting CROWNJUN’s total solution for robotic-assisted microsurgery.

The workshop also featured live surgery sessions led by Dr. Joon Pio Hong, Dr. Akitatsu Hayashi, Dr. Yushi Yusuf Suzuki, Dr. Qiu Shenqiang, and other distinguished surgeons. CROWNJUN’s microsurgical sutures, SuperMicro Sheet, retractors, and instruments were used during the procedures—with our PICOCLAMP vascular clamp soon to join the lineup!

🫀 CROWNJUN at MICSS 2026

From July 10–12, MICSS 2026
brought together leading experts in minimally invasive coronary artery bypass surgery from China and abroad at Dong’e County People’s Hospital in Shandong, China.

The event reflected MICS-CLUB’s commitment to advancing surgical techniques, professional collaboration, and shared learning in minimally invasive coronary revascularization.

At our booth, CROWNJUN showcased ACRI EDGE needles with ASFLEX PVDF sutures for minimally invasive coronary artery bypass surgery and provided 7-0 sutures for hands-on training.

ASFLEX is made from PVDF, offering high strength, resistance to breakage, and excellent long-term stability. Combined with the sharp and reliable pe*******on of ACRI EDGE needles, the system received highly positive feedback from experts and participants.

To support different surgical approaches, suture length can also be customized according to each surgeon’s needs, including shorter configurations tailored for robotic-assisted procedures.

Our Company Trip 2026 took us to beautiful Hokkaido, away from our usual desks and meeting rooms.

We shared meals, explored new places, took lots of photos, and enjoyed small moments together that don’t always happen during busy workdays.

It was also a rare opportunity for members from our factory, sales offices, and China office to spend time together in the same place. Sharing these moments beyond our usual roles and locations helped us feel more connected as one team.
For us, company culture is built through moments like these — laughing together, getting to know each other better, and creating memories beyond work.

Thank you to everyone who made this trip such a warm and memorable experience.

Kawasaki Aortic Center is a specialized center for aortic disease treatment in Japan, widely recognized for its surgical expertise and commitment to international collaboration.

In today’s published case report from Kawasaki Saiwai Hospital, total arch replacement was performed for an aortic arch aneurysm with porcelain aorta.

During the procedure, 3-0 ASFLEX PVDF suture was used for graft-to-aorta anastomosis and reinforced with pledgeted mattress sutures. ASFLEX 4-0 + 10×20ｍｍ Feltina was used for closure of the transapical cannulation site.

This case highlights ASFLEX in a demanding reconstructive setting where secure suturing and reinforcement are essential.

CROWNJUN at the 6th ACU Meeting & 12th Jixia Hand Surgery Forum

The 6th Association of Chinese Hand Surgeons United Meeting and the 12th Jixia Hand Surgery Forum were successfully held on June 20–21, 2026, at Zhengzhou Renji Hospital.

The forum brought together leading experts in hand surgery from China and abroad, including Prof. Jin Bo Tang, Secretary-General of the IFSSH; Prof. David Warwick, President-Elect of the IFSSH; Prof. Koji Moriya from Japan; Prof. Bo Liu from Beijing Jishuitan Hospital; and Prof. Zengtao Wang from Shandong Provincial Hospital.

During the tendon reconstruction and microsurgical vascular anastomosis hands-on sessions, our TSUGE Looped Suture and microsurgical sutures received positive feedback from participating surgeons, particularly for their ease of handling, sharp needle tips, and smooth thread performance.

Throughout the forum, our team also had valuable conversations with surgeons in clinical practice, listening closely to their feedback on suture handling, compatibility with surgical techniques, and clinical needs.

CROWNJUN will continue to stay close to clinical practice, refine our products, and move forward together with the hand surgery community.
