Today we had the pleasure of welcoming our hometown surfing talents Hinata and Hinano to the Fed Tech Inc. OPS HQ, where they stopped by to spend time with Keita, Shinya, and myself.

It was truly inspiring to discuss their journey and the incredible work they continue to put into their training and competitions, pushing forward with one clear goal to continue climbing the ranks and one day compete on the Olympic stage.

Their dedication, humility, and work ethic are exactly what makes supporting them such an honor for us.

We look forward to watching them continue to compete and to seeing them one day in the Olympics.

SAWAKAMI Asia Challenge – Sri Lanka.

We are proud to support athletes who compete with discipline, humility, and focus, and who continue to raise the standard. Hinata and Hinano both represent that mindset every time they paddle out.

We closed out 2025 the right way, projects completed on time, safely, and within budget, and kicked off 2026 with momentum already in motion.

From Yokota Tank 7 with NOJV, POD AF RMMR with APTIM, commercial solar energy projects, and ongoing electrical and IT work, to opening our new Operations HQ and Warehouse in Yokohama alongside our Kawasaki HQ, the foundation is set.

New projects. New clients. New partnerships.
Strong ex*****on, trusted relationships, and disciplined growth remain our focus as we move forward.
