[Japan Exhibition Information] Greenhouse Horticulture & Plant Factory Exhibition @ Tokyo Big Sight
From July 15 (Wed.) to July 17 (Fri.), we are exhibiting at the Greenhouse Horticulture & Plant Factory Exhibition, which is being held at Tokyo Big Sight.
We have showcased LTE-compatible remote Controllers for agriculture that can be remotely controlled, monitored, and automatically controlled using a smartphone, and the resin solenoid valve GSV2 series for automatic watering that can also be used for irrigation control.

6月23日（火）～25日（木）までAichi Sky Expoで開催されているAGTS農業展に出展しております。
スマートフォンで遠隔操作できるLTEリモート灌水・環境制御CRSシリーズや、長寿命な樹脂製電磁弁GSV2シリーズを展示しております。
また画像処理AIツールであるFacilea AIを使い、きゅうりの形状、キズ、色ムラの検査を実演いたします！🙇

[Domestic Exhibition Information] AGTS Agricultural Exhibition Sky Expo
We are exhibiting at the AGTS Agricultural Exhibition, which is being held in Aichi Sky Expo from June 23 (Tue) to 25 (Thu).
We exhibit the LTE Remote Irrigation/Environment Control CRS Series, which can be remotely controlled by a smartphone, and the GSV2 Series, a long-life resin solenoid valve.
In addition, we will demonstrate the inspection of the shape, scratches, and color irregularities of cucumbers using the Facilea AI!

ROBOT TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2026 最終日となりました。

CKD製 エアバランサPAWシリーズとトーヨーコーケン様のアタッチメントを組み合わせた工作機のツール搬送のデモをご紹介します。
PAWシリーズは動力に圧縮エアを使用した助力装置で、こちらのデモ機は最大27kgの重量物を搬送できます。

ツールプリセッタでの脱着作業やツールマガジンへのアクセス、ツールワゴンからの載せおろしなど、誰でも安全に実施可能です。
下方向から前方向へ無理なく移動でき、エア供給を停止してもワーク落下の危険性がありません。
労働環境の改善に貢献するデモをぜひご体験ください！🌟

Today is the last day of ROBOT TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2026!

We introduce a demo of the tool transfer of machine tools combining the CKD Air Balancer PAW Series with Toyo Koken attachments.
The PAW Series is an assistive device that uses compressed air as power, and this demo machine can transport heavy objects up to 27kg.

Anyone can safely attach and detach the tool presetter, access the tool magazine, and load and unload the tool from the tool wagon.
It can be easily moved from the bottom to the front, and there is no danger of the workpiece falling even if air supply is stopped.
Please experience a demonstration that contributes to improving the working environment!

ロボット先端には3D吸着ハンドFSHシリーズを使用し、ワークの形状に合わせた任意の倣い位置でパッドを保持します。
受け側もフレキシブルサポートFSBを使用し、ワークに押し当てて倣うことで段取り替え工数を削減します。
自由度の高い設計が可能なため、多品種ワークのハンドリングに最適です。

We would like to introduce a demo machine that handles workpieces in collaboration with Universal Robot.

The 3D suction hand FSH Series is used for the Robot End-of-Arm and holds the pad at the desired tracking position according to the workpiece shape.
The receiving side also uses a flexible support FSB, and reduces the set-up change time by pressing the workpiece against it and tracking it.
Due to the design with a high degree of freedom, it is ideal for handling multi-model workpieces.

CKDブースでは、生産性の効率改善につながるロボットハンドリング機器や電動アクチュエータを展示しております。
設置・メンテナンス工数や段取り替え工数を削減し、人出不足解消に貢献します。

低摺動な自動調芯装置で、ロボットとハンドチャックの間に搭載しロボットハンドの芯ずれによる設備停止を防ぐクイックアジャスタQRECシリーズ、
ハイブリッドな回転継手で、回転するロボット先端へ内部を通してエアと電気を供給し、断線リスクを削減するロボットロータリRJACシリーズ。
その他にも、ツールチェンジャー、直線式や旋回式の電動アクチュエータや電動グリッパも展示しております。

ROBOT TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2026 Day 2 is here!

At the CKD booth, we will exhibit a demo machine that uses a robot handling components that helps improve productivity.
Reduces installation and maintenance work-hours and changeover work-hours and contributes to eliminating labor shortages.

The first one is the quick adjuster slim QREC Series.
Low-sliding automatic alignment device installed between the robot and hand chuck that prevents equipment from being stopped due to robot hand misalignment.
In addition, tool changers, linear and swivel electric actuators, and electric grippers are also on display.

The second one is the robot rotary RJAC Series.
The hybrid rotation mechanism supplies air and electricity to the rotating Fittings Robot End-of-Arm internally, reducing the risk of disconnection.

Do you have any problems with transporting heavy loads?
We have demonstrated assistive devices that are designed to depalletizing shipping sites.
The Flex Arms FAW Series is an assistive device that uses compressed air as power, and can easily and safely transport heavy objects up to 50kg.
It covers a wide range of work areas with a whirl radius of 2.5m and a vertical stroke of 1.5m, and can be installed even in narrow/low worksites.
We will demonstrate the food container transport at the booth, so please try the operation feeling!
