先日、豪華なチームディナーをかけた「Mujin卓球大会」を開催しました！🏓
実は卓球好きが多いMujin/Mujin Japan。今年の大会開催が発表されると、ランチ休憩中や業務後に練習に励むメンバーの姿が見られました。仕事と同様に、卓球でも決して諦めず、クオリティと卓越性を追求する姿勢は、日頃からMujinのコアヴァリューを体現している証です。
大会当日はトーナメント形式で試合が行われ、優勝者にはチーム全員分のアップグレードチームディナーが贈られるということもあり、個人戦ながらも会場は大いに盛り上がりました。特に印象的だったのは、選手同士のリスペクト精神で、試合後には自然と握手やハグを交わし、お互いの健闘を称え合う姿が見られました。これはまさに、お互いを尊重し、支え合うMujinのカルチャーそのものです。
プレーと応援を通してチームの枠を越えてメンバー同士が一体となり、Mujinとしての結束をさらに強める、非常に意義のあるイベントとなりました 😊
We recently hosted the Mujin PingPong Tournament with a premium team dinner prize on the line! 🏓
Mujin and Mujin Japan have quite a few PingPong enthusiasts. After the tournament was announced, many Mujinians were practicing during lunch breaks and after work, showing the same drive for excellence and high quality at work, even at the ping-pong table!
On the day of the tournament, matches were played in a knockout format. The winning player earned an upgraded team dinner—not just for themselves, but for their entire team! This brought out strong support from across the company, with many members gathering to cheer on their teammates.
What stood out the most was the spirit of respect. After every match, players naturally exchanged handshakes or hugs, showing appreciation and respect for one another. It was a true reflection of the Mujin culture: supportive, respectful, and team-oriented.
As the tournament heated up, the whole company came together—beyond team boundaries—to support the players and share a great time. It was a meaningful moment that strengthened our bonds as one.😊
