From their first steps in November 2024 to a remarkable conclusion in June 2025 — the 6th Global Leadership Program (GLP) cohort officially completed their journey. 🌎🎓

19 exceptional talents from across the globe wrapped up Phase 3 of our flagship 9-month development journey in Tokyo, Japan — featuring workshops, guest speakers, simulations, an action-learning project and group coaching circles.

Mr. Osamu Hashimoto, Representative Director, President, Executive Officer and CEO opened the session with a powerful address, setting the tone for future leadership and reaffirming the importance of our core values — Challenge, Diversity, One Team.

Phase 3 featured final reflections, simulations and capstone presentations. But it wasn't all work, participants also joined Senior Leaders for a Networking Dinner and closed the chapter with a well-deserved Celebration Dinner.

The journey concluded with a graduation ceremony, complete with certificates and appreciation tokens presented to the incredible GLP organising team.

The group of companies in Singapore gathered on 4 November 2023 to be part of The Purple Parade 2023. With a contingent of 30 employees, the group cheered to celebrate the abilities of persons with disabilities. Some employees brought along their family members, as they "Walk as One Team". This was the first time the group joined in the annual event.

Living amongst us are people with, not only visible disabilities, but also invisible disabilities. We may not be able to always spot their daily challenges and struggles, even on things that most of us take for granted.

The walk may be short, but it brings about a larger discussion beyond the event, to raise awareness amongst the public on inclusion topics.
