Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an immune-mediated disease and there are more than 4,000 patients with MS in Louisiana and 10,000 patients in Japan. In our Kindai-LSU MS Research Team, research groups have studied pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis. Steven Alexander, PhD has investigated a role of vessels in MS, while Dr. Ikuo Tsunoda, MD, PhD has studied autoimmune and viral etiologies of MS. Alexande

We published a manuscript denoucing "molecular mimicry" betwenn HPV L1 and human proteins using a computational analysis. "Molecular mimicry hypothesis" has been used by anti-HPV vaxxers for their scientific basis how HPV vaccines could cause alleged adverse events. We confirmed safety of HPV vaccines.
