I.S.Tでは、この春、新たに2名の新入社員を迎え、入社式を執り行いました。

入社式では、社長の阪根より、
「皆さん一人一人の行動や仕事の積み重ねが、会社の価値や信用を築いていきます。社会人としての自覚を持ち、社会の中で価値を生み出す存在として仕事に挑んでください。
また、受け身ではなく自ら学び、知識や経験を積極的に吸収することを大切にし、これまで身につけてきた知識や自分の得意分野を活かし、会社の製品や価値創出につなげていくことを期待しています。」

次に、I.S.Tの販売代理店である阪根産業株式会社の阪根社長から

JEC World 2026 is officially a wrap!
A massive thank you to everyone who visited the I.S.T booth. We were thrilled to welcome professionals from the aerospace, sporting goods, and mobility sectors. It was especially great to see so many returning faces who came back this year ready to dive even deeper into our technology!
Our core theme, ENGINEERED FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE, truly resonated on the floor. Here are the two biggest takeaways from the show:
■The Power of "Zero-CTE" Our Negative-CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) material took center stage The reaction? Pure amazement. "A material that actually shrinks when heated?!" 毎日新聞（京都版）にも、I.S.Tの「宇宙への挑戦」が掲載されました！

先日お知らせした、毎日新聞の「大津発のハイテク素材、宇宙へ」という記事が、3月14日付の【京都版】朝刊にも改めて掲載されました！
記事では、当社の透明ポリイミドフィルム「TORMED®」が、ヨーロッパの民間衛星の「太陽電池保護膜」に正式採用され、本格量産がスタートしたことが紹介されています。
従来主流だったガラスの「割れやすい・重い」という弱点を克服し、過酷な宇宙環境に耐え抜く「次世代の保護膜」として、海外からも大きな期待が寄せられています。

【JEC WORLD 2026 レポート】

JEC World 2026の2日目が、圧倒的な熱気のなか終了しました！
私たちのブースにお越しいただいた皆様、本当にありがとうございました。
いよいよ本日は最終日（Day 3）です！

今年の私たちのテーマであり、お約束するメッセージ。それは、「ENGINEERED FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE」です。

今年の最大の目玉である「Negative-CTE（負熱膨張）」。連日、ブースではこの特性を前にワクワクするような議論が交わされています。私たちが本当にお伝えしたいのは、「宇宙空間で形が変わらない」といった特定の話ではありません。
このNegative-CTEの真の魅力は、カーボンやガラスといった既存の強化繊維と組み合わせたとき、皆さんがご自身の分野で「どんな未知のコンポジットデザインが想像できるか？」という点にあります。
私たちはコンポジットの完成品を売り込むメーカーではなく、皆さんの革新的なアイデアを実現するための「マテリアル屋」です。
