【サステナビリティレポート📝】
新入社員を対象とした、第3回サステナビリティ研修を実施しました📝
今回はサステナブル学習と綿花畑の栽培管理に取り組みました。
「身近なモノの裏側を知る」をテーマに、グループごとに繊維製品のライフサイクルを書き出し、各工程でどのくらいエネルギーや水が使用されているかをまとめました🖊️
さらに、資源の無駄を減らし循環させる仕組みづくりについて意見を出し合い、アイデアを発表しました📣
約1か月前に種をまいた綿花畑は無事発芽していたものの、その周りには雑草がびっしり😯
蒸し暑い中での作業でしたが、みんなで協力しながら除草や間引き作業をおこない、綿花が元気に育つ環境を整えました✨️

We conducted the 3rd sustainability training session for new employees 📝
This time, we focused on sustainable learning and managing cultivation of a cotton field.
Under the theme "Understanding What’s Behind Everyday Items," each group outlined the life cycle of textile products and summarized how much energy and water are used at each stage 🖊️
Furthermore, participants exchanged ideas on creating systems to reduce resource waste and promote recycling, and then presented their proposals 📣
The cotton field, where seeds were sown about a month ago, had successfully sprouted; however, it was surrounded by dense weeds 😯
Despite the heat and humidity, everyone worked together to thin out the weeds, creating an environment where the cotton can grow well ✨️
