The objects for which the venture is established are:
a) To be contractors in all engineering works including, civil engineering, electrical, prod
uction lines installation. b) To offer consultancy services in construction, building, civil, structural, and electrical and all fields of engineering to individuals, corporate bodies and government. c) To carry on the work of roads construction and maintenance, manufacturing of prefabricated building bricks infrastructure, general building, dams, borehole drilling, highway, bridges, transportation of building materials agents and general construction works, building contractors and constructors, consultancy renovators, painters, civil engineering, construction of power lines erection and transportation of materials, digging poles and installation of cables, interior designers as well as supplying of construction materials such as sand, stones, cements, ballast and to carry out the business as builders, constructors, plumbers, engineers, smiths, mechanists, manufacturers and drainage and sewage works and sanitary engineers, and business of bricklayers, masons, to make road street squares, gardens and construction of all kinds appliances and hardware of all kinds. e) To carry on the business of building and construction services, earth moving and farm tractors, hiring of earth moving tractors, engineering works, electrical and civil engineering, building works, irrigation engineering, mechanical engineering, building of houses, drill wells, dams, borehole, water tanks, pit latrines, roads, bridges, investments, properties, estate agents, building materials, water proof, Polly filler, red oxides, mixers, distributors, suppliers of all kinds of paints, importers and exporters of panting materials, general contractors, painters of buildings, general hardware and engineering equipments, electrical appliances, manufacturers of hardware and building materials, importers and exporters of the same, sanitary ware, cement, sand, building lime, pipes and felting, roofing materials, sanitary fittings, basins, tubs, timber, and timber products, steel and steel products, doors, windows, implements and tool. f) To carry on the business of drilling water wells, supply and servicing of drilling equipment, water pumps mainly submersible water pumps, hand water pumps, fabrication and engineering works, industrial trading, supply and manufacture of all agricultural tools and equipments, generator sets irrigation pumps and accessories, mining equipments and tools technical consultancy and turnkey water projects into viable and affordable services. g) To carry on the business of professional landscapers, urban and rural sites environment beautifiers, florists and gardeners. h) To purchase, take on lease or otherwise acquire, erect, maintain, manage, construct or re-construct and adopt hotels, lodges, cottages, holiday homes, restaurants, fast food outlets, recreational centers, offices, factories, sheds workshops, mills, plant, machinery and other things found necessary or convenient for the purpose of the venture. i) To carry on the business as main contractors or sub-contractors in the building and construction or roads, highways, subways, residential and commercial buildings, railways lines and do any other construction works in the widest sense of the word. j) To carry on the business of mining excavation, quarrying, building blocks and manufactured and dealers in Kenya and Sudan. k) To fit up and furnish any property, for the purpose of letting the same to visitors or guest whether single rooms, double rooms, suites, chalets, cottages, caravans, moveable structures or otherwise and to buy, sell (both to persons residing on the company’s premises and to non-residents) import, export, produce, manufacture
