Our Blockchain Hackathon brought together 15 teams of apprentices who spent 48 hours designing and building decentralized applications aimed at solving real-world challenges.

Working across challenge tracks, including DeFi & Finance, Supply Chain & Traceability, Identity & Privacy, Social Impact, NFTs & Digital Ownership, and Infrastructure & Tooling, participants transformed ideas into working solutions and pitched their projects to a panel of reviewers.

From concept development and problem-solving to coding, collaboration, and presentations, the hackathon showcased the creativity, resilience, and technical talent within the Zone01Kisumu community.

The projects are currently under evaluation by our technical team, who are reviewing the overall quality of the solutions, including functionality, implementation, innovation, and technical ex*****on. The winning team will be announced soon.

A huge congratulations to all 15 teams for pushing boundaries, embracing blockchain technology, and proving what can be achieved in just 48 hours.
