Good content out here... Let's keep learning watu wa Mungu.
Remember the growth journey is personal and you gotta be intensional with it.
The team is like a chain, each member shoukd be intentional about their growth, grow with other. Do not be the weak link in the chain.
The kind of music we do does not require much.
1. LISTEN to music. Listen to the subtleties and nuances. You cannot sing or play what you cannot hear. It also acts as your inspiration.
2. we learn by COPYING first. Master and follow the rules first before bebding them or trying to innovate on stage.
3. Get someone who is ahead of you even the slightest bit. Ask them to help you out in any area they are better than you. You DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR GUEST TO COME tell you to do something before you do it.
4. Let's embrace TEAM WORK. More than accomodating each other, TEAM WORK is about embracing strengths of each member we have access to, utilize them where possible.
4. Apply the knowledge you acquire. No need to amass information you will not ACT on. Remember, WISDOM is applying knowledge.
5. This is a learning opportunity. God is preparing us for leadership assignments in the future. Support your leader, be open to learning.
6. Lastly; We are in MINISTRY. Everything we do is meant to bring a soul to Christ. Our foundation is the WORD of God. Make sure you are founded in the word properly. of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speak. rivers of life should flow from your worship. cannot draw clean water and dirty water from the same stream/ pond at the same time.
