๐‹๐„๐€๐‘๐. ๐…๐Ž๐‘๐†๐„๐“. ๐‘๐„๐๐„๐€๐“.

Do you know one crazy fact about coding? The moment you stop practicing, it starts leaving you too. ๐Ÿ˜‚

You can spend days learning a new concept and finally feel like, โ€œYes! I finally understand this.โ€ Then you take a two-week break, come back, and suddenly youโ€™re asking yourself, โ€œHow did I do this again?โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Thatโ€™s why programming isnโ€™t about memorizing code. Itโ€™s about understanding, practicing, forgetting, revisiting, and practicing again. The more you write code, debug it, break things, fix them, and build real projects, the stronger your understanding becomes.

This is why I always encourage beginners to practice every day because nobody becomes a good programmer by learning once. One becomes good through consistent practice.

So, if you genuinely want to become a great programmer and turn this skill into a career, donโ€™t stop practicing just because progress feels slow. Keep showing up.

Eventually, what once looked difficult will become second nature. ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ”ฅ

IS AI TAKING JOBS OR NOT?

There is so much debate about whether AI is taking jobs or simply changing the way we work. The truth is, AI was introduced to ease workloads and automate tasks that once took people hours, days, or even weeks to complete. But the impact on employment is becoming harder to ignore.

Software engineering is a good example. AI coding tools can now generate large amounts of code, allowing a small team of engineers to build what previously required a much larger team. Google, for example, has said that around 75% of its code is now AI-generated. Yet that does not mean engineers are no longer needed. Companies still need experienced engineers to design systems, review AI-generated code, identify security vulnerabilities, remove redundant logic, and take responsibility when things go wrong.

We are already seeing this shift in hiring. Software engineering opportunities are increasingly favoring senior engineers who can work with and supervise AI, while entry-level opportunities are becoming more difficult to find. Google is also actively hiring engineers for generative AI and complex software systems.

So, is AI taking jobs? Yes, some jobs and tasks are being automated. But AI is also creating new roles and changing existing ones. The bigger question is whether humans will adapt quickly enough.

Interestingly, Bill Gates has recently proposed keeping some jobs โ€œHuman Reservedโ€ and taxing AI tokens and robots to help fund retraining and protect workers. He has even discussed reserving a significant portion of jobs for humans.

AI may not completely replace the engineer, but the engineer who knows how to use AI may replace the engineer who refuses to adapt.

Bill Gates proposes โ€œHuman Reservedโ€ jobs to be protected by law.

Bill Gates says 40% of jobs is the maximum protectable.

He wants some work kept for people by law.

Childcare and jury service are the jobs he names.

Support, software and paralegal roles disappear soonest, he argues.

He proposes taxing AI tokens rather than banning anything.

The other 60% of jobs have no such protection.

China is taking AI to the next level.

China is taking AI to the next level.

China is drawing global attention for using advanced AI-powered robots to help build massive infrastructure projects, including large dams ๐Ÿค–๐Ÿ—๏ธ These intelligent machines are designed to perform complex construction tasks with remarkable precision, showing how technology is rapidly transforming industries once dependent entirely on human labor.

One of the biggest advantages of these robotic systems is their ability to operate in dangerous environments and difficult terrain where human workers could face serious risks. By improving accuracy, speed, and safety, the technology allows major projects to move forward more efficiently while reducing physical strain on workers โš™๏ธ๐ŸŒ

Experts say this development represents far more than ordinary automation. It highlights how artificial intelligence is beginning to reshape some of the worldโ€™s toughest industries, from construction to engineering and large-scale manufacturing. As robotics become more advanced, many believe future mega-projects will rely on close collaboration between humans and machines rather than traditional labor alone.

The viral footage and reports surrounding these projects have sparked major discussions online, with many people calling it a glimpse into the future of construction and industrial innovation ๐Ÿšงโœจ
