Assalam aleikum.Been building a tool to sharpen the pre-design stage — briefing, appraisal, feasibility, all the early moves before a project grows its bones. It’s turning into something bigger: a full real estate development management system.

After losing my father this year, I withdrew. My home office became a cave, and AI became my main collaborator.
But that isolation accidentally turned into something real: I'm building a real estate development management OS — from site ID to asset management.
Last night, using Hermes + Termux SSH from my phone (Watch Dogs style), I cleared my entire feasibility stage REDM backlog.
Still early, but the impossible doesn't feel impossible anymore.
