អបអរសាទរទិវាជ័យជំនះលើរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ ខួបលើកទី៤៧ (1979 - 2026 )!
ថ្ងៃនេះ គឺជាទិវាជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដែលប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាគ្រប់រូបចងចាំមិនអាចបំភ្លេចបាន។ ថ្ងៃទី ៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩ គឺជាថ្ងៃដែលមាតុភូមិកម្ពុជាត្រូវបានសង្គ្រោះឱ្យរស់រានមានជីវិតឡើងវិញ រួចផុតពីរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ដ៏ខ្មៅងងឹត។
ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនេះ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នា សូមសម្តែងនូវការដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅបំផុតចំពោះ វីរកម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារី និងអ្នកស្នេហាជាតិទាំងអស់ ដែលបានលះបង់សាច់ស្រស់ឈាមស្រស់ ដើម្បីបុព្វហេតុជាតិមាតុភូមិ។

On this auspicious occasion, we all wish to express our deepest gratitude to the heroic cadres, soldiers, and all patriots who sacrificed their lives for the cause of our nation. Their bravery has brought us the peace and development we cherish today.
