Job Description:
1. Handling planning for compensation and benefits, talent and performance management. Employee engagement and relations.
2. Collection, maintain, analyze, and provide report for the attendance.
3. Involving in the development of company's policy, prepare documentary requirements for presentation.
4. Gathering data related to probation, hiring documents and salary.
5. Preparing the information to discuss with Business Units such as organization chart, employee data.
6. Supporting administration tasks, internal control works, coordinating meetings with internal & external parties.
7. Researching information related to HR such as salary survey, law and regulation of Cambodia, etc.
8. Handle recruitment & selection, employee training, performance management, HR Projects. Other administrative duties which assigned by manager, to facilitate the back office and construction site project.
9. Lead and enforce safety guidelines/Construction safety guideline at workplace according to local health and safety regulation, coordinate, and monitoring workers safety.
10. Managing the meeting across all functional.
# Job Requirement: #
1. Total 1-5 years in Human Resource.
2. Very strong knowledge about HR, employment-related laws and regulations, HR concepts.
3. Strong communication skill.
4. Punctual is a must.
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. If candidate can communicate in Thai will be significant advantage.
7. Good computer skills, Microsoft Office and added advantage experience using Workday system
8. Have the right behavior and mindset as HR – humble, respectful, agile and transparent shares critical information.
9. Very adaptive in agile and dynamic environment.
