MEP Engineer

Job Description
1. Plans, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems with the site manager and site engineer by sequence and project schedule.
2. Facilitating construction work and problem solving as required between MEP Subcontractors during construction. Provide details report, schedule report of the MEP work.
3. Validate design issues related to MEP. Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
4. Assist in the Request for Approval and review of MEP work to customers.
5. Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings, as-built, etc.
6. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
7. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
8. Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment at site.

Job Requirement
1. Work Experiences 2-3 years.
2. Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering

Job Description:
1. Monitoring progress at site and provide detail report to Construction Manager.
2. Managing manpower, controlling material use at site according to the schedule.
3. Issue material request and coordinate with purchaser and suppliers

5. Monitoring resources to substitute in the structural work, MEP work, architectural work and other construction works of a project to finish within timely manner.
