Kuy Leang Ky Construction Co., Ltd. has implemented major irrigation projects in O'Mean village, Meanchey commune, Sandan district, Kampong Thom province, and O'Tok geographical project co-funded by Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and Grant aid from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under project name : Rehabilitation of Irrigation system and infrastructure lead by Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology of Cambodia.
