We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Quality Control

Are you passionate about quality and ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager, QC to join our growing garment team!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange training inline and End line QC every 3 month
• Attend the PP meeting (review the sample and sewing measurement spec rise out the issue.
• Share the meeting minute to the QC team
• Checked the trial sample and notes the comment
• Review Top PP
• Follow up shipment
• Hold the weekly meeting with production team relate to quality issue that have not solve
• Lead QC in meeting the quality standards set by customers and ensuring compliance with various quality standards related garments.
• Monitor the effectiveness of internal quality assurance system and modify the quality process periodically when necessary.
• Manage the team to conduct daily inspection to ensure quality target is achieved. Meanwhile, stay proactive in probing quality problems and troubleshooting throughout the production process and timely alert relevant parties prior to shipment.

Deliver coaching and effective performance management to local team members.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of QC experience in garment industry
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior T&D Officer to lead training systems, improve line performance, and develop future leaders in our factory.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepared a Master Training Schedule to develop across the factory through job analysis and the skill needs.
• Develop the training materials including presentations and handbooks.
• Do the onboarding program for all new workers-employees
• Monitoring all training progress and measure effectiveness using assessment methods, providing feedback to management.
• Follow up the annual training calendar to make sure all training is completed and complied with the standards.
• Do the counseling and support to all workers and employees to meet their potential and skills development.

✅ Requirements:
• 5+ years in Training & Development (garment industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills, facilitation and interpersonal skills for conducting training.
• Microsoft office: word, excel and ppt.
• Excellence on projects and planning in multi training.
• Having experience in HR is priority.
