Introduction:
The laboratory seeks to establish a rational foundation for manufacturing based on a systematic understanding of the complex interactions among the many areas of manufacturing. Research along those lines has led to innovation in manufacturing processes and better understanding of planning, design, and production operations.

3. Initiative for new students to join lab:
Every student is welcome to visit our lab for discussion about their research interests and possible research topics on any of our research fields. We will put accomplish and on-going research on the laboratory green board and website. We also provide short term training class to students that are useful for their studies. We invite them in a welcome party to introduce research programs and facilities of the laboratory.
4. Development the curriculum & Motivation:
The new students are encouraged to take the course “Research Methodology” in the first semester in order to have basic road map in research study. There is a meeting with Master’s students and 4th/5th year undergraduate students in every 2 weeks. They need to present their research work to the research team leader and get feedback. Undergraduate students must work closely with master’s students. They need to write their progress reports every month. There is a party at the end of each semester. Our motivation slogan: The quality of research comes out is the strong collaboration of each member. Lab Management:
First year students are in charge of maintenance of software and hardware and in charge of party. Second year students are in charge of regular research meetings.
6. Publications:
Students are encouraged to submit their research papers to regional and international conferences to present their research works and also encouraged to publish their papers to international journal.
7. Cooperation with industries:
Our lab is very welcome to help industries for solving their current problems. We develop collaboration with private sectors by finding common ground to develop projects of interest by both sides.
