🌟 Meet the team 🌟
Welcome to Sheik Mohammed Sarhosh

We are proud to highlight the incredible journey and leadership of Sheik Mohammed Sarhosh, our Business Unit Manager for Design, Engineering & Energy Audit. Since joining Comin Khmere in February 2020, Sheik has demonstrated exceptional growth-transitioning from Senior Mechanical Engineer to Engineering Manager, and now leading his current business unit as of April 2026.
Relocating from the Middle East to Cambodia brought new challenges, but Sarhosh found his "why" in the local talent.

✨Inspiration: He is driven by the commitment and eagerness of young engineers.

✨Mission: He feels a deep responsibility to help his team recognize and realize their full potential.

✨Philosophy: While individuals can stand out, Sheik believes consistent, sustainable results are only achieved through strong teamwork and collaboration.
📣My commitment is to lead by supporting my team-encouraging collaboration so that individual strengths offset others’ weaknesses. Sarhosh said.

Sarhosh joined CK mid-way through the Sathapana Tower project, where his strategic support was vital in overcoming significant design challenges to ensure a successful handover. Since then, he has applied that same leadership to a growing portfolio of key projects across the region.

Sathapana Tower: Successfully navigated complex design changes and tight timelines to deliver buildable shop drawings.
Chip Mong Tower: A pivotal project that strengthened his adaptability and stakeholder management skills.
Design Expansion: Led the first full design project for a Private Estate in Laos (2024), paving the way for further successes like MK6 Private Estate, Villa 450, Carabao Factory and A1P Plastics for Cambodia and Laos.
When he isn't leading engineering excellence, Sarhosh stays active and inspired:

Sports: A loyal Chelsea FC supporter since age 17, he also enjoys racing cars and playing volleyball.
Relaxation: He unwinds with science fiction novels, music, and travel.

Expanding Horizons with Hitachi in Japan🇯🇵

Comin Khmere was proud to have our Vertical Equipment Manager, Mr. Dara Seng, attend the recent Hitachi Air Compressor regional gathering at SHIMIZU Works, Japan!

Alongside nearly 100 Asia Pacific partners, Mr. Dara explored the "Hitachi Way" of working and examined exciting new product lines across the Hitachi Group including Hitachi Elevator Asia, JR Automation/Micro Automation, and Hitachi Aqua Tech Engineering to evaluate new additions for Comin Khmere’s business offerings.

We are excited about these potential new solution lines and look forward to scaling new heights together with Hitachi! 🚀

Through both classroom discussions and on-site visits, participants had the opportunity to:
