TAN CANG LACH HUYEN LOGISTICS CENTER OFFICIALLY COMMENCES OPERATIONS – A NEW MILESTONE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NORTHERN VIETNAM’S LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE

On the morning of May 27, 2026, Tan Cang Lach Huyen Joint Stock Company officially held the grand opening ceremony of the Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center at Lot KB1, Xuan Cau Industrial Park and Non-Tariff Zone, within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Cat Hai Special Zone, Hai Phong City. With a total investment of nearly VND 1 trillion and a planned area of 40 hectares, of which 12.4 hectares in Phase 1 have been completed and put into operation, the project marks a significant milestone in the development of a modern logistics ecosystem serving the Lach Huyen International Gateway Port area.

Strategically located with direct connectivity to Northern Vietnam’s largest deep-water port system, the Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center is expected to become a key hub for cargo transshipment, storage, and distribution within the regional supply chain. As Vietnam continues to deepen its integration into the global economy and manufacturing relocation trends remain strong, the project is poised to enhance port operational capacity, optimize logistics activities, reduce operating costs, and strengthen the competitiveness of both domestic and international enterprises.

Having accompanied the project from its earliest stages, International Construction Consultancy Joint Stock Company (ICC) was honored to serve as the project’s Design Consultant, undertaking Concept Design, Architectural Design, Structural Design, MEPF Systems Design, and Fire Protection & Fire Fighting Design services. Drawing on extensive experience in the design and development of large-scale logistics, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Vietnam, ICC worked closely with the Investor to successfully deliver a facility that ensures operational efficiency, optimal functionality, and sustainable development objectives. The fact that the Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center was brought into operation less than one year after groundbreaking is not only the result of close collaboration among all stakeholders but also a testament to ICC’s expertise and reputation in the field of logistics design consultancy in Vietnam.

In the near future, upon the completion of all planned development phases, the Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center is expected to become a vital component of Vietnam’s national logistics network, contributing to trade facilitation, investment attraction, and economic growth in Hai Phong City as well as the Northern Key Economic Region.

THE GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY OF THE HIGH-RISE FACTORY COMPLEX PROJECT AT PHUOC D**G PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK - A NEW MILESTONE FOR REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

On April 29, 2026, IMG Phuoc D**g Joint Stock Company officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the High-Rise Factory Complex Project at Phuoc D**g Port Industrial Park (Tan Lan Commune, Tay Ninh Province). The event was attended by local authorities, distinguished guests, and participating design firms involved in the design competition organized by the Investor, during which outstanding entries were honored and awarded.

The project is envisioned as a modern factory and logistics complex designed to meet the rapidly growing demands of high-tech industries, electronics, garment manufacturing, and advanced production sectors. More than just an industrial infrastructure project, it represents an important step toward establishing an integrated, flexible, and sustainable manufacturing–logistics ecosystem.

The groundbreaking ceremony not only marks the beginning of the construction phase but also reflects the outcome of a comprehensive process of identifying and selecting the most optimal design solutions aligned with the long-term development vision of the industrial park. The outstanding proposals recognized at the ceremony demonstrate the project’s strong commitment to quality, strategic planning, and future-oriented development.

With the ambition of becoming a modern industrial hub in the region, the project is expected to attract significant domestic and foreign investment flows. In turn, it will create numerous employment opportunities, promote local workforce development, enhance manufacturing capacity, strengthen the regional supply chain in Southern Vietnam, and further improve the economic value and industrial competitiveness of Tay Ninh Province.

ICC Viet Nam is honored to have achieved the highest-ranking position in the design competition and will accompany the Investor in the upcoming stages of the project, including master planning for the High-Rise Factory Complex comprising eight 3-story factory buildings with a total floor area of approximately 500,000 m², as well as basic design and construction design services for each 3-story factory with an estimated floor area of 60,000 m² per building.

This achievement is not only a great honor but also a tremendous motivation for ICC Viet Nam to continue striving for excellence and meeting the most demanding standards. ICC VIETNAM ACHIEVES TOP HONOR AT THE DESIGN COMPETITION FOR HIGH-RISE FACTORY CLUSTER – PHUOC D**G PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK
In the design competition for the High-Rise Factory Cluster at IMG Phuoc D**g Industrial Park (Tan Lan Commune, Tay Ninh Province), ICC Vietnam’s proposal was highly evaluated by the jury and awarded Second Prize – the highest honor of the competition, as no First Prize was granted by the organizing committee.

The project, covering an area of 222,008 m², is envisioned as a modern industrial complex integrating factory and logistics functions, serving high-tech industries, electronics, garments, and advanced manufacturing sectors. In the context of increasing demand for high-quality industrial infrastructure, the challenge goes beyond designing a building—it is about creating an efficient, flexible, and sustainable operational ecosystem.

Through two competition stages, from conceptual design to detailed development, ICC Vietnam’s proposal stood out for its practical approach, optimized functionality, and long-term development vision. It represents not only a design solution, but also a comprehensive answer to the operational and growth demands of a modern industrial park.

This achievement recognizes the design capability and solution-oriented mindset of ICC Vietnam’s team. THE GRAND-OPENING CEREMONY OF GOODHILL OFFICE BUILDING AND LOGISTICS CENTER PROJECT IN CAMBODIA

This morning, April 1st, 2026, the Goodhill Office Building and Logistics Center project located in Sensok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia was officially inaugurated and put into operation. The project is invested by HHK Investment Co., Ltd., with the participation and contributions of various stakeholders. This event marks a significant milestone, not only for the Investor but also for all parties involved, signifying the successful completion of the project and the beginning of a new phase of development.

The project consists of a 10,000 m² warehouse and a 3-story office building with a total floor area of 2,000 m². Strategically located in Sensok, the project benefits from a highly advantageous position for logistics operations, being in proximity to the Mekong River and relatively close to key transportation corridors connecting to the international airport and major border gates. These factors provide strong support for cross-border logistics activities. As such, the project is expected to contribute positively to the logistics sector in particular and to the regional economy as a whole.

For the GOODHILL project, ICC Cambodia is honored to have been entrusted by HHK Investment to serve as the comprehensive consulting partner, covering design consultancy, tendering, construction supervision, and project management. THE GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY OF JET POWER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. FACTORY PROJECT

On the morning of January 8, 2026, The Ground-breaking Ceremony of the Jet Power Technology Co., Ltd. Factory Project was officially held at Lots A_9A and A_9C, DA5 Road, Thoi Hoa Industrial Park, Thoi Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The event marks an important milestone in Jet Power Technology Co., Ltd.’s strategy to expand its production capacity, while also contributing to the enhancement of industrial capabilities within Thoi Hoa Industrial Park and the surrounding area.

With a total area of over 63,071 m², the project is oriented toward becoming a manufacturing, processing, and research facility specializing in electrical distribution equipment, switches, circuit breakers, and other related electrical devices. The investment aims to strengthen production capacity, standardize technical processes and increase product value in line with sustainable industrial development goals.

Once operational, the Jet Power Technology Factory is expected to create numerous employment opportunities for the local workforce, attract skilled technical and professional human resources, and make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the region. The project is envisioned as an important component in completing the industrial ecosystem of Thoi Hoa Industrial Park, enhancing investment attractiveness and adding value to the overall development of the western area of Ho Chi Minh City.

In this project, International Construction Consultancy Joint Stock Company (ICC) is honored to be entrusted by the Investor as the consulting unit responsible for Construction Survey, Basic Design, and Construction Drawing Design.
