KAMO announces strategic partnership with IACC Indochina Aviation Center
KAMO SIGNS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH IACC INDOCHINA AVIATION CENTER TO OFFER LINE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS IN PHNOM PENH, SIEM REAP, SIHANOUKVILLE
PHNOM PENH, July 17, 2020 / - K.A.M.O Services Co., Ltd (“KAMO”) will embark on a partnership to offer line maintenance operations for IACC Indochina Aviation Center (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., Asia 's premier aviation services company.

As a regional aviation service provider, IACC offers comprehensive aircraft handling and hospitality services in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Thailand and Vietnam. A strategic alliance will allow KAMO’s site stations in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville to service IACC private jets on multi-city trips passing by these stations.

All of IACC stations are NATA Safety 1st certified. IACC’s internationally experienced team has extensive experience handling all kind of VIP, government, passenger, cargo and military flights.
Dennis Tan, KAMO’s Commercial Director said the agreement bears testimony to the high standards of professionalism in KAMO and reflects on level of competency of KAMO engineers and mechanics.
KAMO licensed engineers are fully trained and certified to work on many aircraft types such as B737CL, B737NG and A319/320/321 (CFM 56, V2500). They also hold FAA, CAAC, SSCA and DGCA Indonesia licenses.
According to ICF analysis, global passenger traffic is expected to drop 62 percent year on year in 2020. Despite the fall out from CORVID-19 pandemic on air travel, charter flights have regained a 90% booking capacity as of June of 2020. A partnership between KAMO and IACC Indochina Aviation Center would offer both companies more opportunities to tap into this recovery in the private jet and VIP segments.
With the signing of the contract, KAMO has taken a huge step forward in providing transit services, pre-flight services, post-flight services and weekly services for the aviation industry in Cambodia. This in turn helps to contribute to the building of the nation’s infrastructure as an aircraft maintenance hub.
With the signing of this memorandum of understanding, KAMO becomes IACC Indochina Aviation Center’s preferred partner of choice in the aircraft maintenance industry.
