Just out here being silly dancing around to music in the hitt gym by myself, drinking coffee, and texting friends and family on a Sunday morning.

It's amazing how much love and support there is everywhere around the world if you just open your eyes and your heart.

I'm so blessed to be able to travel and see so many amazing friends everywhere I go. I'll be back in Austin again soon. Fortunately the work out here looks like it's going to be manageable this time so we will be preparing HCS and her partners for big things back home this fall.

Power Morning! Left over ceviche, rice noodles, dashi miso, pork bouillon, bean sprouts, garlic chili oil, green onion, carrots, cucumber over a handful of fresh spinach. It's so freaking tasty, easy and cheap to make.

Getting dive qualified is a huge deal. It took all my courage and stamina to overcome the fears and complete the course....

Getting dive qualified is a huge deal. It took all my courage and stamina to overcome the fears and complete the course. Taking your mask off at 30ft, putting it back on, and clearing the water was extremely terrifying to me. Taking out the regulator, sharing your friends, diving to 60 feet...the pressure was intense. It wasn't fun at all but it isn't supposed to be. Confidence in my abilities is strong now and looking forward to diving with friends.

It's always ashame how little people appreciate the blessing they receive. Ther has to be a few thousand people within a mile of this beach and only one other family and myself were enjoying this spot. Not complaining, just can't imagine why the better option for most is hiding in a tiny room with your face staring at a screen.

I've been meaning to make one of these bios for some time. Thing is, no one really bothered to ask me for it until now. Usually they just ask for a RQS but that's just a bare bones resume with bullet points. It was fun trying to tell my life story in one page though and I'm pretty happy with the results. At least if I die tomorrow, my kids will have a one pager on their old man. Box checked ✔
