Privacy begins long before you step inside.

For this residence, the home presents a more enclosed, understated façade to the street, creating a sense of privacy on arrival. Beyond the entrance, the spaces gradually open towards the ocean, where expansive glazing and carefully framed views maximise the connection to the landscape.

Architecture, planning, and planting work together to create a home that feels protected on one side and completely open on the other.

In a world where almost everything is shared, we believe some things should remain private. While we’re proud of the homes and spaces we create, we never share a project without our client’s permission. Every project is different, and so is every client’s comfort level with publicity.

For us, trust is an important part of the process. Our responsibility is to the client first, the portfolio second.
