Otis Air is Hiring: Senior AC Installer Technician

Otis Air is expanding our installation team and we're looking for experienced, industry-certified AC installers! If you have a minimum of 5 years in commercial air conditioning installation and meet the following requirements, we’d love to hear from you:

• Excellent communication skills and work ethic
• Must be currently residing in the Cayman Islands
• Minimum of 5 Year experience in Commercial Air Conditioning Installation
• Can work well in a team or individual environment
• Clean Police record
• Cayman Driving license for manual transmission
• Attractive compensation package and benefits

At OtisAir we always strive to improve and elevate our service offering. In line with this goal we have updated our office operating hours to help better serve you, our customers. This change will allow for ease of business for our clients and benefit our customers through earlier scheduled visits.

Our new hours of operation are 🕐 7:45am-4:45pm Monday-Friday. As always our 24hr repair and maintenance service is available at ☎️ 945 7162.

OtisAir is proud to be working with some incredible young Caymanian talent. Adrian Passley, Nathan Nelson, and Santos Simpso are currently studying Air Conditioning & Refrigeration within the Technical, Vocational Education & Training (TVET) Department at UCCI while working full time within OtisAir Commercial Air Solutions. Working alongside OtisAir’s top technicians the young apprentices are building their technical knowledge while gaining the hands on industry experience they need to succeed.

- Warehouse experience
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and
equipment would be an advantage
- Computer inventory management
software experience
- Qualified Forklift Operator
- Clean Driving license
- Clean Police record
- Resident in the Cayman Islands.

Compensation:
• Salary dependent on experience and qualifications - plus statutory benefits.
• Minimum 40 hour work week plus possible evenings/weekend work.
