You’ve seen the famous photo “Lunch atop a Skyscraper”, but have you seen the photographer? We don’t recommend climbing unharnessed to the 69th floor of a building, but what an iconic photograph it produced!

“Formerly attributed to ‘unknown’, and often misattributed to Lewis Hine, it was credited to Charles C. Ebbets in 2003. Evidence confirming his authorship held in the Ebbets' Estate archives include original work orders showing invoices to Rockefeller Center for the time period surrounding the photo, letters of recommendation from his work at Rockefeller Center when the photo was taken, a copy of the original article from the NY Herald Tribune when the photo first appeared in 1932 in his own scrapbook of his work, photos from his office in NY taken in 1932 showing the image on a bulletin board display of his work, and a negative of him at work on the site that day” -Lunch atop a Skyscraper, Wikipedia

We’re hiring! Our team is searching for self-motivated CAD and Site Technicians of all levels. We are looking for enthusiastic, talented and professional team players. The applicants must be detail-oriented and enjoy contributing to the success of the team in a progressive and enjoyable work environment.

Skills / Qualifications:

▪️Strong building services background
▪️Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and plumbing drawings
▪️Ability to undertake site surveys and provide accurate and timely information to clients and the engineering team, including preparation of as-built drawings
▪️Ability to receive marked-up drawings and produce amendments and revisions to CAD drawings
▪️Minimum 2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD
▪️Strong English verbal and written communication skills
▪️Familiarity with Cayman Islands building codes and experience with local plumbing, mechanical and electrical building codes and asset
Revit experience is preferred

Suitably qualified Caymanian applicants are preferred. Training is possible for the right candidate. Competitive salary based on experience.
