FOB: The procedure is non-negotiable
The buyer issues an ICPO which contains the seller's business procedures and banking details as well as the buyer's TSA-nominated company registration certificate.
The seller issues a commercial invoice for the product in tankers at the port, and the buyer signs the commercial invoice and returns it with a letter of acceptance.

Seller designation release letter for seller representative to provide new SGS report in less than 24 hours to buyers and appropriate logistics buyers at buyer's tank station Buyers issue TSR on seller's name to enable immediate verification of injection upon successful SGS seller verification and buyers inspection of tank for injection
When successful verification of SGS report is confirmed by the purchasing company and Tank Farm buyers, the issue is related to the seller

The buyer performs a dip test on the product in the seller's tank and pays for the total value of the product via MT103-TT to enable injection into its filter tanks.
7). The seller pays all brokers involved in the transaction, and then monthly shipments continue according to the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale agreement contract between the buyer and seller.
