On January 26, 2026, and in my capacity as General Manager of CODE sarl, I signed a contract with the Committee of Al Rabii Complex (مجمع الربيع), Lot 4384 Mazraa (Tarik Jdideh), to execute the needed repair and strengthening works. The duration of the works is 6 months.
Based on the structural assessment conducted by CODE, several months ago, heavy corrosion damages were detected in columns, beams, and slabs in the three basements of the complex. Corrosion was caused by the combined effect of chlorides, deep carbonation, and water seepage. Additionally, many columns were found structurally under-designed in the same basements, and would require immediate strengthening procedures.
It is important to note that CODE sarl, beside being specialized in design, design review, and value engineering of buildings and bridges, the company is also specialized in structural assessment and ex*****on of repair and strengthening procedures of all types of structures.
