Established in 1994, GAP Architects has been developed during the past decades into a distinguished architectural firm conducting major quality projects. The firm has a long history of architectural practice, both for private and public organizations. It has provided design services for corporations, individuals and other private and public sectors in Lebanon. The work can be seen in a large vari
ety of projects, including residential and office buildings, public facilities, public gardens, urban conservation, renovations and town planning. Our past record of designed projects, town planning and urban conservation reflects our ability to provide clients with appropriate expertise on each aspect and scale of any architectural or urban project. Our firm is assigned for implementing various complex projects for multiple agencies like; UNESCO, WORLD BANK, World Rehabilitation Fund WRF, MERCY CORPS, World Vision WVL, the Projects are Funded and financed by the USAID and World Bank. These Projects were required with high standard performance in term of implementation, execution, operation, running, and negotiation. We implemented various urban operational projects by using local parameter of urban production. The generated approach for the urban conservation projects conducted in Tyre- Lebanon are one of the newest emerging models for local framework and urban intervention in Lebanon. The projects have strengthened the local governance capacity, by putting into practice innovating local methods and legal procedures for public participation in the urban project. The stakeholders are implementing with our team various urban projects for the old city regeneration. The scoop of our work is set to new urban regeneration plan, project management and negotiation procedure between all parties involved for the project implementation. This project remains to be seen as an opportunity for urban reflection on new local urban production.
