SIAD is a Lebanese agrochemical formulation plant, founded in 1972,
owned by UNIFERT GROUP active in Europe and MENA region. SIAD factory is located in HOSRAYEL - industrial zone, 50 km North of Beirut. It is built on 17000 meters square plot of land, including 5000 meters square as built area. It includes two main divisions:

We provide comprehensive solutions to control major pests and rodents. SIAD holds agreements with major European producers, for formulation and repacking of their branded products under license. Actually, SIAD is a toll manufacturer for multinational companies. SIAD developed its local and export sales to all neighboring Middle Eastern countries. Sales break down:

55% Intercompany sales and 45% others. Therefore, SIAD produces an excellent portfolio of products that is ideally suited to the various market requirements. It covers the following:
