FEG Fares Engineering Group is a small size electromechanical engineering office established in Lebanon since 2020, specializing in electrical & mechanical engineering. Founded in 2020 in Beirut, FEG is the fruit of 14 years’ experience of its founder Eng. Rami Fares in the Design, Contracting & Construction Field in Lebanon.

After the successful ex*****on of FIT20 gym projects in Antelias (2023) and Baabda (2025), we are excited to announce that has officially sealed the deal for the complete electrical works — from design to ex*****on — of a new FIT20 gym branch in Verdun (2026), 🇱🇧.

Designed by Anthony Sfeir, this new branch will follow the same identity as previous projects, standing as a true twin that reflects the luxurious standards, precision, and performance that define the FIT20 experience.

The scope of work includes the installation of all electrical systems, including aesthetic lighting 💡, power 🔌, low-current systems 🛜, security systems 🚨, and access control 🔐, all delivered with high-end finishing.

Set on a quiet mountainside with breathtaking panoramic sea views, this 7-story architectural landmark features 10 residential units across five levels, expansive private terraces, and two underground parking levels — a perfect blend of elegance and functionality.

Our scope includes the ex*****on of all electrical systems, from aesthetic lighting 💡 and power distribution 🔌 to low-current systems 🛜, security 🚨, and access control 🔐, delivered with premium materials and high-end finishing.
