تعريف النمط المعماري
ينتمي مشروعMonolith Residence إلى مدرسة العمارة المعاصرة ذات النزعة التبسيطية (Contemporary Minimalism)، مع تأثر واضح بأسلوب الحداثة الجديدة (Neo-Modernism).
يركز التصميم على الوضوح الهندسي وفكرة "تأطير" المساحات الوظيفية، مع إشارات طفيفة إلى مبادئ الطراز الدولي (International Style) من حيث نقاء الأشكال - الهندسة النظيفة، التكرار والتناظر، وغياب الزخرفات المبالغ فيها.
الحمض النووي المعماري (Architectural DNA)
يتبع المشروع مبادئ النظام، الوضوح الإنشائي، والوضوح في المواد.
يخلق مزج تلبيس الحجر المدقوق الأبيض والخشب الهندسي الدافئ لغة بصرية عصرية راقية، وتطرح تحديًا من خلال التوتر الاستراتيجي (Strategic Tension)
في عالم التصميم الراقي، يُعرف هذا النهج الجريء بال“Signature Constraint” —القيود المميزة
المفهوم المعماري "التكتونيات الجريئة" – تصنيف المواد
يرتكز مفهوم المشروع على فكرة "الحدود الصادقة"(The Honest Boundary) ويفتخر بها على عكس التصاميم التي تحاول إخفاء حدودها.
كل عنصر، من خط السقف الحاد إلى الإطارات المحيطة، هو اختيارٌ متقنٌ يُعطي الأولوية للنقاء الهندسي على حساب الخلط والفوضى في إبراز للحضور المعماري.
• تتكون الكسوة الخارجية من كتل حجرية صلبة منحوتة ومُفصّلة بإطارات خشبية جريئة.
• تعمل الإطارات الخشبية الداكنة ذات الملمس المميز"ألواح WPC أو HPL" كعناصر بصرية بارزة، مما يمنح المبنى طابعًا فريدًا يُوحي بالحداثة والفخامة.
• تُشكل الكسوة الحجرية فاتحة اللون غلافًا خارجيًا للمبنى.
• تُعامل الشرفات كفراغات منحوتة داخل الإطارات.
استراتيجية التصميم
تتمثل فكرة مسكن مونوليث في إنشاء هيكل يتنفس. يُمثل الحجر الطبيعي الأبيض المدقوق الناعم المتانة. تُوحد إطارات النوافذ السوداء الواجهة، بينما تكسر الإطارات الخشبية الداكنة رتابة المباني التقليدية، وتُنشئ حوارًا بين المساحات الداخلية والخارجية، مما يُضفي دفئًا وتوازنًا.
يتميز هذا المشروع بتصميم عصري يواكب متطلبات السوق، ويتسم بالتخطيط العملي والمنهجي والتصميم البسيط الذي يعكس فلسفة المشروع الشاملة. يساهم هذا النهج باستغلال المساحات بكفاءة، ويقلل هدرها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم وضع غرفة الكهرباء المركزية ومنطقة الخدمات بشكل استراتيجي لخدمة الوحدتين السكنيتين بكفاءة، مما يخلق مدخلاً أنيقاً وبسيطاً يرحب بالسكان.

Style Identification
Monolith Residence sits within the Contemporary Minimalist school, heavily influenced by Neo-Modernism. The design focuses on geometric clarity and the "framing" of functional spaces, with slight reference to International Style principles (clean geometry, repetition, and lack of ornament)
Architectural DNA
It follows the principles of order, structural clarity, and the clear expression of materials.
The mixing of the cool, solid stone and the warm, geometric wood creates a modern, high-end visual language that feels both urban and grounded, and introduces a challenge through Strategic Tension.
In the world of high-end design, this Provocative design is called “Signature Constraint”.
Architectural Concept "Defiant Tectonics" – Material Classification
The concept behind this building is The Honest Boundary. Unlike designs that try to hide their edges, the Monolith celebrates them. Every element, from the sharp roofline to the grounding frames, is a masterful choice to prioritize geometric purity over organic blending. It’s designed to stand out.
• The exterior cladding consists of solid stone volumes sculpted and articulated by bold wooden frames.
• The dark, textured wooden frames (WPC or HPL Panels) act as visual anchors, giving the building a distinct character that feels modern and high-end.
• The light-colored stone volume serves as the building’s skin.
• Balconies are treated as voids carved within the frames.
Design Strategy
The idea of Monolith residence is to create a structure that breathes. The light-colored, smooth-textured natural stone represents durability. The black window frames unify the façade, while the dark wood-textured frames break the monotony of a typical residential block and create a dialogue between the interior living spaces and the exterior landscape, adding warmth and a balanced contrast that shows the harmony between warm and neutral, as well as solid and transparent.
The Monolith Residence features a market-friendly palette characterized by functional, disciplined planning and a simple design that reflects the project's overall philosophy. This approach contributes to efficient space planning in the floor layout, minimizing wasted corridor space. Additionally, the central "Electrical Room" and service core are strategically positioned to effectively serve both units, creating a clean, minimal portal that welcomes residents.
