Updates on the work at the industrial port complex building :

1- Restoration of cladding works (plastering).

2- Applying a layer of insulation to shield the cladding from weather factors.

External building maintenance is essential to protect the structural integrity from rust, damage, moisture, and internal leakage.

مستجدات العمل في مجمع المرفأ الصناعي:

١- ترميم أعمال الورقة (التلييس).
٢- وضع طبقة من العزل لحماية الورقة من عوامل الطقس.

تعتبر صيانة المبنى من الخارج أمرًا ضروريًا لحماية الهيكل الإنشائي من الصدأ والتلف، بالإضافة إلى منع الرطوبة والتسريب للداخل.

🔴 لماذا يجب رش المياه على الخرسانة في الأيام الأولى من الصب؟

ييجب رش الماء على الخرسانة في الأيام الأولى من عملية الصب أو تغطيتها بالخيش المبلل للحفاظ على رطوبتها وتخفيض الحرارة الناجمة عن تفاعل الإسمنت مع الماء والتي تتسبب في ظهور تشققات خلال هذه الفترة. تلك التشققات قد تتيح للمياه التسرب إلى حديد التسليح، مما يؤدي للصدأ وتلف المنشأة في المستقبل. لذا يُنصح بتغطية كامل سطح الخرسانة بالماء وعدم تركها جافة خلال هذه المرحلة الحرجة للحفاظ على جودة وصلابة المنشأة.

Therefore, it is advisable to keep the concrete surface fully moist and avoid letting it dry during this critical stage to preserve the quality and durability of the structure.

🔴 متى يعطي المهندس المشرف الإذن بالصب؟

يعطي المهندس الأذن بالصب بعد التأكد من :

١- التدعيم الصحيح، عدم وجود فراغات في الخشب إضافة إلى حدود السقف والزاوية القائمة.

٢- عدد قضبان الحديد والقطر.

٣- التشريك الصحيح للحديد.

٤- رش السقف بالماء جيدا لضمان عدم امتصاص الخشب لمواد الخرسانة و إزالة الغبار والشوائب الموجودة على السطح...

Proper reinforcement, no voids in the wood, and correct ceiling and right-angle boundaries.
The correct number and diameter of iron bars.
Proper alignment of the iron bars.
Thoroughly spraying the ceiling with water to prevent wood from absorbing concrete materials and removing dust and impurities from the surface.
