It was a small factory producing everything by hand and using traditional equipments. Now, and after the big efforts of the last 2 El Koubeitri generations, Golden Glass is one of the leading glass manufacturing in the Middle East area. Our factory is located in Al Baddawi, a place well known in Lebanon as the center of glass manufacturing. At the beginning of 2009 we started to work towards an am

bitious new project: To export our products and the Lebanese tradition all over the world. For this reason we decided to look to the Italian market as one of the most important glass producers with the oldest tradition in this sector: Our furnace, our machines, our equipments, most of our raw materials are coming from the most qualified Italian companies. In May 2010 we opened the new factory with 2 full automatic lines to produce gallons, jars and jugs. At the beginning of 2011 we decided to start with 3 new production lines to enter in the Tableware and Giftware glass business. For this reason we introduced in our staff an Italian team specialized in press, spinning and semi-automatic glass production. Today we are exporting our products to the European and American markets. Our strength is the technology, flexibility and creative attitude as results of co-operation between the Lebanese and Italian traditions.
