I want to share the story of a truly inspiring woman who’s part of my dream venture — SPM Renewables ☀️

One day, a young woman came to me and said, “I want to start a solar company.”

I was surprised — and curious. Why SPM?

She smiled and said, “Because I’m looking for a young, energetic team — and I see that in you.” ⚡

She wasn’t someone who wanted to spend her whole life working under others.
She had a vision. A fire. A dream.

At that time, she was married and already had a baby 👶 but that didn’t stop her.
She chose to build, not settle.

After we started the company, she would drop her baby at daycare and come straight to work — Working hard, staying focused, chasing her dream every single day.

And today… she gave birth to her second baby! 👩‍🍼 but just this Wednesday, she was still in office — dedicated as ever!

That’s the kind of strength, passion, and perseverance that truly inspires me.

She’s not just growing a company — She’s growing a legacy.
