Celebrating another opportunity I got to share my current work.
This work focuses on Cystic Fibrosis (CF) research. Before attending this conference, I had no idea that CF was heavily undiagnosed in global south,including Sri Lanka. This is exactly why it is very important to study the genetics of all underrepresented populations, as currently available genetic diagnosis methods and therapies will not necessarily effective for all populations groups.
On a separate note,
I created this account to share my passion for research and connect with others who share this interest, and to give back to the community in any way I can.
Life got extremely busy and hence the reason why I’ve not been active on this page. I have definitely missed engaging with people through this account.
