⚡ PHASE FAILURE RELAY ක්‍රියා කරන්නේ කොහොමද?

3-Phase මෝටර් පද්ධතියක R, Y, B යන Phase තුනම නිවැරදි Voltage මට්ටමකින් සහ නිවැරදි Phase Sequence එකකින් පැවතීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය වේ.

🔍 Phase Failure Relay එක තුළ ඇති Electronic Monitoring Circuit එක මඟින් Phase තුනේම Voltage නිරන්තරයෙන් සම්පිණ්ඩනය කර විශ්ලේෂණය කරයි.

📊 සාමාන්‍ය ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය

R-N = 400V Line Voltage
Y-N = 400V Line Voltage
B-N = 400V Line Voltage

Phase Sequence = R → Y → B

මෙම තත්ත්වය නිවැරදි නම් Relay Output Contact (11-14) Energize වී Contactor Coil එකට Supply ලබාදේ.

➡️ Contactor ON
➡️ Motor RUN

❌ R Phase Loss වූ විට

Voltage Monitoring Circuit එකට R Phase Voltage අහිමි වීම හඳුනාගනී.

Relay Internal Logic එක Trip Delay කාලය තුළ Fault එක තහවුරු කරයි.

Relay Output Contact De-energize වේ.

➡️ Contactor Coil Supply Disconnect
➡️ Main Contacts Open
➡️ Motor Stop

මෙය Single Phasing නිසා මෝටර් Windings අධික ධාරාවකින් හානි වීම වළක්වයි.

❌ Phase Reversal (RYB → RBY)

Maintenance වැඩ වලදී හෝ Cable Connection වෙනස් වූ විට Phase Sequence වෙනස් විය හැක.

Phase Failure Relay එක Internal Phase Rotation Detection Circuit එක භාවිතා කර Sequence එක පරීක්ෂා කරයි.

වැරදි Sequence එකක් හඳුනාගත් විට:

➡️ Relay Trip
➡️ Contactor OFF
➡️ Motor Start වීම අවහිර කරයි

මෙය Pump, Fan සහ Conveyor වැනි Load වැරදි දිශාවට භ්‍රමණය වීමෙන් ආරක්ෂා කරයි.

⚠️ Voltage Unbalance

උදාහරණයක්:

R-Y = 415V
Y-B = 408V
B-R = 360V

Phase Voltage අතර වෙනස වැඩි වුවහොත් Negative Sequence Current නිර්මාණය වේ.

එමඟින්:

• Motor Heating
• Reduced Efficiency
• Excessive Current Draw
• Insulation Failure

ඇතිවිය හැක.

Phase Failure Relay එක Unbalance Percentage ගණනය කර සැකසූ අගය ඉක්මවූ විට Trip කරයි.
