DIMO’s 5 MW solar power plant in Anuradhapura generates 9.48 million kWh of clean electricity annually, powering 6,583 households while strengthening Sri Lanka’s renewable energy landscape.

Beyond generating clean power, the initiative contributes to national progress by reducing reliance on thermal power, delivering significant annual cost savings and supporting a more secure and sustainable energy future.
