We are seeking suitably qualified Purchasing Clerk to work at our Head Office at No. 37/2, Hill Street, Dehiwala.

Responsibilities

1. Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party.
2. Process, sort and route incoming mail and post outgoing mail.
3. Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
4. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
5. Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
6. Taking care of Office Vehicle Documentations (Insurance, License etc.)
7. File paperwork in the appropriate area.
8. Update records with new information.
9. Depositing cheques and other necessary transactions at Bank.

Qualification Requirements

1. School leavers (with 3 passes in Accounts Stream) are also welcome to apply.
2. Competency in MS Office.
3. Effective written and verbal communication.
4. Accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Bike / Vehicle Driving licence.

Suitable candidates from Dehiwala - Mt. Lavinia areas are prioritized.
