We are looking for a multitalented, energetic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a unique role for someone who can manage business operations while also being the creative face of our brand.

🔷Key Responsibilities:
▫️️ERP Operations: Manage the day-to-day company operations using our ERP system (Invoicing, Inventory, and Data Management).

▫️️Content Creation: Present and create professional product videos, Reels, and TikToks for our social media pages.

▫️️B2B Sales: Visit local businesses and hardware stores to acquire new B2B customers and expand our dealer network.

▫️️Digital Marketing: Support the growth of our online presence through active page management and engagement.

▫️️Success-Driven Admin: Handle operational tasks under pressure to ensure company growth.

🔶Requirements:
▫️ Age: Below 30 years (Young and energetic).

▫️ Qualification: Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.

▫️ Presenting Skills: Must be confident in appearing and hosting product videos (Reels/TikToks).

▫️ Digital Savvy: Strong knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms.

▫️ Operational Skills: Ability to learn and manage ERP software for invoicing and inventory.

▫️ Field-Ready: Willingness to travel locally in Galle to visit potential B2B clients.

▫️ Multitasking: Capable of balancing office admin with creative marketing tasks.

▫️ Added Advantage: Fluency in English (Written and Spoken).
