Blow Moulding technique is one of the common methods of plastic items manufacturing. We begin by feeding quality plastic granules into the machine’s top-mounted feeding hopper. The granules then pass through a controlled heating process, where they melt into a workable form.

Once melted, the plastic is extruded into the mould, as shown in the video. The mould closes around the hot plastic, and compressed air is blown inside to expand it, forming the required shape. This process ensures strong, durable, and consistently shaped plastic products.
