By reprogramming the OMRON CPM2C-20CDTC-D PLC and the XINJE OP320-A-S Operator Panel, we have restored the machine to full functionality, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

~Reprogrammed the OMRON CPM2C-20CDTC-D PLC for precise control and automation.

~Configured the XINJE OP320-A-S Operator Panel for seamless operation and monitoring.

We are excited to share the successful rectification of the burner at the Asphalt Plant in Giriulla! We have worked diligently to ensure the complete functionality of the burner, which is now operating seamlessly within the four-bucket system.

🔧 What We Did:

~Rectified the burner to restore full functionality.

~Ensured the integration with the Siemens S7-200CN and Mitsubishi FX2n-32MR PLCs for optimal control.

~Conducted comprehensive testing to verify the entire process is functioning perfectly.

The burner is a critical component of the asphalt production process. Proper rectification ensures efficient heating and mixing, which are essential for producing high-quality asphalt. The seamless operation of the four-bucket system is now guaranteed, thanks to the precise control provided by the Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs.
