The installation of the fifth hydro unit at Kruonis Pump Storage Hydroelectric Power Plant is already well underway.
This pipeline section is 12 meter long, 5,25 m high and weigh about 37 tons.
Products with such parameters pose for us many challenges.
Pipe part will be delivered to Kruonis and the surface will be coated with an anti-corrosion coating in the installed painting shop.

Completed works:
Rolling of blanks;
Longitudinal welding of rolled blanks;
Calibration of welded blanks during rolling;
Assembly of calibrated blanks and welding of circumferential seams.

Another project with Cosmica Servisas Team 🎉
This aboveground doublewalled tank is designed to store diesel and petrol fuel.
Some technical details:
Design code: LST EN 12285-2
Volume: 30 m³ (10m³ + 20m³)
Diameter: 2500 mm
Design temperature: -30°C/+50°C
Inner surface: C4H acc. LST EN ISO 12944
Outer surface: Eurokote 455
Ladders and hatch service platforms are hot-dip galvanized.

We can roll cylindrical parts, concentric and eccentric conical profiles from carbon steel, stainless steel and wear-resistant steel for you. Plates thickness 2 mm - 60 mm, width 100 - 3000 mm, diameter 375 mm - 4600 mm.

These plates was 50 mm thickness.

Another big project has been completed: this time three 110m3 bitumen tanks to Norway 🇳🇴

Some technical details:
Diameter: 2900 mm
Position of the main axis: Vertical
Design temperature: +200°C
Insulation: Mineral wool. 2 × 100mm = 200mm
Cladding: Galvanized trapezoidal sheet
External surface treatment: ISO 8501-1 SA2.5 + ISO 12944 C3 High
With level switches, pressure transmitter, temperature sensors, relief valve, control cabinet.

A little unusual product for us, because we usually produce with one tank, but this automotive gas filling station equipment, consisting of:
🛠 two 6,7 m³ aboveground LPG tanks, diameter 1250 mm, length 5950 mm.
🛠 Pumping unit with electric motor.
🛠 Shut-off, control, safety valves and pipelines.
🛠 Manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the European Union Directive 2014/68/EU “Pressure Equipment”.
🛠 With CE marking.

Device is designed to compressed and dried nitrogen storing, filling and delivery for further use.
