Did you know that the factory currently has 19 filling lines for metal, plastic, and PET containers from 100 ml to 1000 litres? 🧐

With our existing equipment 🌟 , we can produce more than 600 tonnes of products daily ⚡. We use a modern automatic dosing, accounting, and control system that eliminates the influence of the human factor. In addition, each batch is subjected to packaging and product quality control as well as a leak test. Moreover, a PET filling line was put into operation in 2020. 💡

We constantly follow trends and improve our production to offer our customers the best quality! 🤩

We have already talked a lot about the various production processes and product tests. Today we would like to talk about our logistics.🚛

Did you know that our location in Klaipėda, the 🚢harbour city of Lithuania, opens up many opportunities for us to get our products to our customers efficiently - our location near the seaport is our strength! 🌟

As part of the modernisation of the plant, we have significantly expanded our 📦storage area and renovated our tank farm. Here are a few for you:

🔹we can unload more than 600 tonnes of products per day;
🔹the total capacity of the tank farm is 40,000,000 litres
🔹the total storage area is up to 50,000 m2.

Today we would like to tell you about our production line for metal packaging.🛢We are proud of the capacity of our metal packaging production, which allows us to expand our product range and offer our customers the most innovative solutions.🤩

In 2018, we built a metal packaging production line🏭 with a capacity of more than 140,000 containers per day⭐️. We also have two fully automated production lines for 0.5L, 1L, 4L, and 5L metal canisters.

Some 💡:
🔹Regardless of the packaging volume, we produce 1 container per 1 second.
🔹All the equipment in the metal packaging line is manufactured in the EU.

Today we are talking about the product marking✔️ system used in our factory.🏭

Our company complies with the ISO 9001-2015 quality management system standards and is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Compliance with ISO 9001-2015 requires us to implement, maintain, and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS).🧐

Our traceability system💡 allows us to track every product manufactured using the information on the canister: Date of manufacture, batch number, and packaging line number. Traceability enables us to analyse every batch produced and identify defects, even over long periods of time.

In our blog, we have already told you about the three-stage product tests💉 that are carried out in our state-of-the-art laboratory👩‍⚕️. After all test phases, the samples are stored. This brings another to light.

🧐Did you know that the samples from each batch are stored for 1 year from the date of filling?

◼This allows the laboratory to perform additional tests or retests if questions arise about the quality of the product. The rarer oils are kept even longer.

◼Keeping samples allows us to track products over a longer period of time, specific batches can be traced, which is very important for quality control.

Overall, sample storage is a responsible practise that benefits⭐ both the laboratory and the customer. It facilitates quality control, research, customer support, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

We are pleased to announce a major upgrade🤩 to our laboratory in 2024 with the new Nicolet™ iS20 FTIR spectrometer.

The Nicolet™ iS20 FTIR spectrometer is our new reliable partner in our daily analytical work and helps us to accurately analyse our products using infrared spectroscopy. 🧐This device can precisely analyse incoming raw materials and manufactured products with its optical engine.

It helps us to avoid downtime in the production line and ensures that our customers receive their orders in high quality and on time.
