✅ FRAGMENTED RESPONSIBILITY: THE HIDDEN RISK IN COURT CONSTRUCTION

Your 10-year structural guarantee is probably worthless.
Not because the contractors are dishonest. Not because the document isn't legally binding. Because when a defect appears, nobody owns it.

Here's how it works in practice. You invest in a court project. Four contractors touch it: groundworks, base construction, surfacing, structural installation. Each one delivers their phase. Each one hands over a signed acceptance. Each one walks away with a clean guarantee in place.

Then, 18 months later, the surface cracks, water pools, the base deforms.
You call the surfacing contractor. They point to the base. The base contractor points to groundworks. Groundworks pulls out their acceptance document and closes the conversation.

Each one had a guarantee. And each one had a very reasonable explanation for why it wasn't their problem.

It's the predictable outcome of a procurement model that splits responsibility across phases – groundworks, base construction, surfacing, structural installation – without anyone owning the system as a whole.

Most failures in court construction originate underground. In the sub-base compaction that fell short of the required 95-98% density. In drainage slopes that deviated from the 0.5-1% tolerance. In design choices made by one contractor that placed impossible demands on the next.

Under most legal frameworks, structural liability can extend up to 20 years. But that protection only functions in practice when two conditions are met:

☑️ NEW PROJECT IN ESTONIA

Our latest project in Estonia is now open. Together with Padelstar, we have completed the first padel arena in Pärnu, featuring 5 high-quality courts designed for professional play and long-term performance.

This project marks the third arena built through the GRIP and PADELSTAR partnership across three different cities in Estonia.
Long-term cooperation built on trust, quality, and consistent delivery is what allows partnerships like this to progress.

Ričardas Berankis – geriausias visų laikų Lietuvos tenisininkas kovo 28 d. sužais paskutinį savo karjeros mačą.
Į centrinį „SEB arenos“ kortą jis sugrįš kartu su Prancūzijos tenisininku J. W. Tsonga. Būtent šį kortą, kartu su dar šešiais naujais kortais, 2022 m. per didžiausią arenos plėtros etapą, įrengė GRIP komanda.

Centrinis arenos kortas – išskirtinis visoje Rytų Europoje:

✔️ DANGA. Kortui parinkta „GreenSet“ akrilinė danga, naudojama prestižiniuose tarptautiniuose turnyruose, tokiuose kaip „Australian Open“. Inovatyvios technologijos dangos įrengimo metu, paviršiaus savybes leidžia pritaikyti pagal norimą žaidimo tempą – šiurkštesnis dangos paviršius padidina trintį todėl kamuoliukas atšoka aukščiau, žaidėjas turi daugiau laiko pasiruošti smūgiui, o apsikeitimo smūgiais serijos tampa ilgesnės ir dinamiškesnės. „SEB arenos“ centrinio korto dangos trinties koeficientas siekia μ = 0,7 ir užtikrina idealų greičio ir kontrolės santykį žaidimo metu.

✔️ APŠVIETIMAS. Centrinio korto apšvietimo sistema suprojektuota taip, kad užtikrintų iki 2000 liuksų apšviestumą, o šviesos srautas pasiskirstytų per visą korto plotą tolygiai. Toks sprendimas žaidėjams sumažina akinimo riziką, padidina žaidimo komfortą, o žiūrovams leidžia matyti kokybišką varžybų vaizdą ekranuose ar stebint gyvai.

✔️ ŽIŪROVŲ TRIBŪNOS. Arenoje įrengtos teleskopinės tribūnos – nors investicija labai brangi, tačiau žiūrovams suteikia galimybę aukščiausio lygio teniso renginius stebėti gyvai Lietuvoje, o kasdienio naudojimo metu sukuria daugiau erdvės žaidėjų treniruotėms.
