Snäckan 8 has reached a major completion milestone, with all principal façade and roofing works now fully finalized ✅🏢

🔴⚫️A striking new addition to central Stockholm, the project features nearly 10,000 m² of façade solutions shaping its bold architectural identity. KG Constructions Group completed 4,668 m² of unitised curtain walling, 4,373 m² of stick curtain walling, and 695 m² of glass roof structures.

The façade combines natural limestone in three finishes, bespoke rosy gold stainless steel details, anodized aluminium, and expansive glazing systems — creating a timeless appearance that changes beautifully throughout the day.

A key milestone was the installation of 79 Jumbo façade elements out of 495 total units. Each measured 4,800 x 3,600 mm and weighed approximately 2,100 kg, requiring exceptional precision in engineering, logistics, and installation.

This was a highly challenging project with multiple scopes and complex coordination. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Skanska Sverige AB for their trust, strong cooperation, and continuous support throughout the project. Their professionalism and solution-driven approach were essential in overcoming challenges and successfully delivering this ambitious vision.

Our scope included design, production, transportation, installation, and project management, ensuring quality at every step.

With only final minor finishing works remaining, Snäckan 8 is ready to take its place as a new landmark in Stockholm. 👏✨

🎉 Today, on Youth Workers’ Day, we celebrate the people who help young individuals discover direction, motivation, and the confidence to think about their future.

To mark the occasion, our KCG BIM Manager, Julius Zykus, returned to his former school – "Ežerėlio Pagrindinė Mokykla" 🏫
It was more than a symbolic visit; it became an open and engaging conversation with students about what the path to engineering looks like and how it begins long before university.

We spoke about a simple yet important idea: becoming an engineer does not start at university. 🚀
The foundation is built much earlier — through mathematics, physics, technology, curiosity to ask “how does this work?”, through experimentation, projects, and even mistakes.

Students had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the field of engineering and the KCG BIM sector — not as a theoretical concept, but as a real, evolving, and continuously growing professional direction. 💡

Meetings like these clearly remind us of the value behind this work: helping young people see the connection between what they do today and who they can become tomorrow.

🚀 It’s done. And it’s redefining Vilnius’ skyline.

From vision to reality – the Sąvaržėlė Business Center on Konstitucijos Avenue is now complete. What was once an ambitious concept is now a bold architectural statement in the heart of Vilnius.

Designed by RSHP, the architecture studio founded by Richard Rogers, this 7-storey, 21 000 m² building brings together innovation, sustainability and engineering precision.

💡 What makes Sąvaržėlė stand out?

A complex facade that pushed engineering boundaries – from steel-supported systems and cantilevered elements to precision-engineered solutions developed for one of Vilnius’ most distinctive new office buildings.

🏗️Our contribution

KG Constructions Group delivered nearly the entire building envelope:
– 10,317 m² of unitised and stick facade systems (544 façade elements installed)
– Door and skylight systems
– Around 80% of the exterior and 97% of vertical facade surfaces

🌿 Built for tomorrow

Smart shading, natural light optimisation and a target of BREEAM “Outstanding” certification – because great buildings do not just look good. They perform.

This project was not just built – it was engineered to stand out. Sąvaržėlė is no longer a plan. It is a presence.

One Medlock Street, Manchester – A Defining Step Forward in the UK ! 👏 👏 👏


KG Constructions Group has signed a contract for One Medlock Street in Manchester, marking the largest project in the company’s history. 🤝

Our scope of work includes:

– 3,680 unitized facade elements across 38 floors (117.7 m height)
– Approximately 1,000 m² of stick facade at ground level

Beyond its scale, this project reflects the continued trust our international partners place in our expertise, reliability, and ability to deliver complex solutions end-to-end.

From Design & Engineering to Production, Logistics, Installation, and Project & Site Management – our teams will collaborate closely to bring this vision to life.
