Unmanned Defense Systems ir nacionalinis plėtros bankas ILTE pasirašė paskolos sutartį, skirtą apyvartinio kapitalo finansavimui pagal skatinamąją finansinę priemonę „Milijardas verslui“. Ši priemonė įgyvendinama naudojant Ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo priemonės paskolos lėšas.

Gautos paskolos lėšos bus nukreiptos karinių bepiločių orlaivių ir su jais susijusios įrangos gamybai, vykdant jau sudarytas sutartis su užsakovais.

Paskolos suma - 4 670 196,80 Eur.

Unmanned Defense Systems and the national development bank ILTE have signed a loan agreement to finance working capital under the incentive financial instrument “Billion for Business.” This instrument is implemented using loan funds from the Recovery and Resilience Facility.

The loan funds will be allocated to the production of military unmanned aerial vehicles and related equipment, in fulfillment of already concluded contracts with customers.

Loan amount - EUR 4,670,196.80.

UAB Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) ir viešoji įstaiga Inovacijų agentūra pasirašė projekto „UAB „Unmanned Defense Systems“ eksporto rinkų plėtra dalyvaujant parodose ir sertifikuojant APV bei gynybos ir saugumo pramonės sektoriaus produkciją“ (Nr. 02-121-K-0084) įgyvendinimo sutartį.

Projekto tikslas – didinti UAB „Unmanned Defense Systems“ (UDS) konkurencingumą ir plėsti įmonės tarptautiškumą.

Projekto metu numatoma:

· 2026-2027 m. dalyvauti devyniose tarptautinėse parodose Danijoje, Jungtinėje Karalystėje, Vokietijoje, Ukrainoje, Japonijoje ir Jungtiniuose Arabų Emyratuose, kuriose bus pristatomi UDS gaminami produktai;

· gauti atitikties IP54 standartui sertifikatus produktams FORECASTER, AVENGER 5 ir antžeminei valdymo stočiai.

Laukiami rezultatai:

Projekto metu gauti IP54 atitikties sertifikatai patvirtins UDS gaminių patikimumą, atsparumą ir atitikimą gynybos sektoriaus standartams. Dalyvavimas tarptautinėse parodose bei aktyvus UDS produkcijos pristatymas jose prisidės prie įmonės žinomumo didinimo ir reikšmingo eksporto augimo.

Bendra projekto vertė: 145 441,00 Eur. (ES finansavimo suma - 72 720,50 Eur.).

Projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpis: 2026-03-02 – 2028-03-02

Projektas bendrai finansuojamas Europos Sąjungos lėšomis.

Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) and the public institution Innovation Agency Lithuania (Inovacijų agentūra) have signed an agreement for the implementation of the project “Expansion of Export Markets of Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) through Participation in Exhibitions and Certification of HVA and Defense and Security Industry Products” (No. 02-121-K-0084).

Project objective – to increase the competitiveness of Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) and expand the company’s international presence.

The project activities include:

· participation in nine international exhibitions in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ukraine, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates during 2026–2027, where products manufactured by UDS will be presented;

· obtaining IP54 compliance certificates for the products FORECASTER, AVENGER 5, and the ground control station.

Expected results:

The IP54 compliance certificates obtained during the project will confirm the reliability, durability, and compliance of UDS products with defense sector standards. Participation in international exhibitions and active presentation of UDS products will significantly contribute to increasing the company’s visibility and export growth.

Total project value: EUR 145,441.00 (EUR 72 720,50 financed by the EU).

Project implementation period: 2026-03-02 – 2028-03-02

The project is co-financed by the European Union.

Praėjusį penktadienį turėjome garbės Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) Vilniuje priimti Lietuvos Respublikos Krašto apsaugos ministerija atstovus. Delegacijoje dalyvavo ir krašto apsaugos ministras Robertas Kaunas, kuris apsilankė viename iš mūsų padalinių ir aptarė besikeičiantį bepiločių sistemų vaidmenį šiuolaikinėje gynyboje.

Kaip pabrėžė ministras:
„Turime atliepti šiuolaikinį mūšio lauką, todėl oro dimensija yra ir liks Lietuvos gynybos pajėgumų stiprinimo prioritetu.“

Mūšio laukas sparčiai keičiasi, o oro pajėgumai - ypač taktinės bepiločių sistemų platformos - tampa centrine nacionalinės gynybos architektūros dalimi.

UDS dėmesį skiriame moduliarių, atnaujinamų ir greitai dislokuojamų bepiločių sistemų kūrimui, atitinkančiam operacinius poreikius ir ilgalaikius gynybos prioritetus.

Last Friday, we had the honor of welcoming representatives of the Lietuvos Respublikos Krašto apsaugos ministerija to Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) in Vilnius. The delegation included the Minister of National Defence, Robertas Kaunas, who visited one of our facilities and discussed the evolving role of unmanned systems in modern defence.

As the Minister emphasized:
“We must respond to the modern battlefield; therefore, the air domain is and will remain a priority in strengthening Lithuania’s defence capabilities.”

The battlefield is changing rapidly, and air capabilities - particularly tactical unmanned systems - are now central to national defence architecture.

At UDS, we focus on developing modular, upgradable, and rapidly deployable unmanned systems aligned with operational realities and long-term defence priorities.

We appreciate the constructive discussion and look forward to continued cooperation.

2026 m. sausio 13 d. Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) ir Lietuvos mokslo taryba sudarė lėšų naudojimo sutartį pagal projektą „Atžalinių įmonių MTEP komercinimo projektinės veiklos“.

Sutarties "Bepiločių orlaivių ir duomenų GIS valdymo sistema" įgyvendinimo metu UDS sukurs drono ir jų spiečiaus valdymo, duomenų rinkimo bei apdorojimo platformą. Platforma veiks su esamomis rinkoje bepiločių orlaivių valdymo sistemomis bei specializuotomis informacinėmis duomenų perdavimo ir saugojimo priemonėmis, taikomomis kartu su sertifikuotais saugumą užtikrinančiais protokolais, kuriuos naudoja NATO valstybės. Sistemoje bus integruotas dirbtinio intelekto sprendimas atpažįstantis karinę specialiąją techniką, transporto priemones, žmones, pastatus ir kitą.

2022–2030 m. plėtros programos valdytoja LR Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija. Finansavimo šaltinis – ES fondų lėšos ir bendrojo finansavimo lėšos.

On January 13, 2026, Unmanned Defense Systems (UDS) and the Research Council of Lithuania signed a funding agreement under the project “Commercialization of R&D Activities of Spin-off Companies.”

While implementing funding agreement "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and GIS Data Management System”, UDS will develop a platform for UAV and UAVs’ swarm control, data collection, and data processing. The platform will operate with existing unmanned aerial vehicle control systems available on the market, as well as with specialized information data transmission and storage solutions used in conjunction with certified security protocols applied by NATO member states. The system will integrate an artificial intelligence solution capable of recognizing special military equipment, vehicles, people, buildings, and other objects.

The administrator of the 2022–2030 development program is the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania. The source of funding is EU structural funds and co-financing funds.
