We are glad to announce the new major release of rModeler, v1.2.1.2549.

The highlights of this new release are:

1. Differential equations now get compiled to machine code via LLVM.

2. Besides grid search, you can now do random search in reaction rate constant space. This works much faster for big models.

3. Improved numerical properties of the underlying integrator.

Cheers,
Ubique Calculus team
